Some report that workers are happier and just as productive. Others say the schedule does not work for every type of business. Do you think more companies should adopt a four-day workweek? Yes. People who have three days to rest come back to work with more energy. My aunt's company switched last year, and she says meetings are shorter and people waste less time.

It sounds nice, but businesses like hospitals and shops have to stay open every day. If everyone works one day less, they'll have to hire more staff or make the other days much longer.
