A growing number of companies allow employees to bring their dogs to the office. Supporters say that pets reduce stress and make the workplace friendlier. Others worry about noise, allergies, and distraction. Do you think companies should allow employees to bring pets to work? Why or why not?

I think it's a great idea. Studies show that being around animals lowers stress. If employees are happier and more relaxed, they'll probably work better and stay with the company longer.

I don't agree. Some people are allergic to dogs or are afraid of them. It isn't fair to make them uncomfortable at work. Also, a barking dog in an open office would make it hard for everyone to concentrate.
