Dear applicant, Your application is complete apart from one document, and I would rather explain the problem than keep returning the same form to you. We need a transcript issued by the Records Office with the university stamp on it. Several of you have sent a screenshot of your results page instead. That page is accurate, and it is also not a document any partner university will accept, because nothing on it shows where it came from. Order the transcript through the Records Office portal. It takes five working days, and the office will send it to us directly if you check the box asking them to. Do not wait for a copy to reach you and then forward it; that has been the main cause of delay in previous years. The partner deadline is October 30 and it is not ours to move.
