I've used CampusEats almost every day this semester to order from the dining halls, and it does save time — no more standing in line at lunch. The menu is easy to browse, and I like that it shows which dishes are vegetarian. That said, the app has one major flaw: the "ready" time is rarely accurate. Twice last week, it told me my order would be ready in ten minutes, and I ended up waiting almost half an hour. If the developers can fix that, I'd happily give it five stars. Until then, don't count on it if you're between back-to-back classes.
