Dear presenters, The poster session is on the 14th and the boards are eight hundred millimetres wide. Anything wider than that will be displayed folded, which we would all rather avoid. Send the file by Friday if you want the department to print it. We are printing in one run because that is the only way the cost works out, so a file that arrives on Saturday will not be printed at all; you would need to use the shop on Vernon Street and claim the money back afterwards. You do not need to stand with your poster for the whole two hours. Half of you are asked to be there for the first hour and half for the second, and I will send the split on Monday once I know the numbers. Grace Ibori Postgraduate convenor
