Dear Sam, Your lease for Apartment 12B ends on July 31. If you would like to stay for another year, please sign the attached renewal form by June 15. Your new monthly rent will be $1,050, an increase of $50. If you choose a two-year lease instead, your rent will stay at the current amount for both years.
