Several people are owed money and have not claimed it, so here is how the process actually works. Pay for the thing yourself, photograph the receipt, and put the photograph in the shared folder with your name and the date in the file name. That is the whole claim. There is no form. I send the folder to the union office on the first working day of each month, and the office pays about ten days later. Anything arriving after I have sent the batch waits for the next one, which is why a receipt dated the second of the month is paid six weeks after you spent the money. A screenshot of a bank statement is not a receipt, as far as the office is concerned. If you are out of pocket by more than fifty dollars, tell me and I will ask the office to pay you early.
