All research key cards expire on 8 March. New cards are being issued from the departmental office this week only. Bring your student card and your signed safety declaration. We cannot print a card without both, and the declaration must carry your supervisor's signature, not just your own. Cards are printed while you wait, but the printer handles about six an hour, so mornings are usually quieter than afternoons. If you will be away from the department all week, email us before Friday. A card can be held for collection, but only if we know it is needed — uncollected cards are recycled at the end of term.
