Read a message from a laboratory technician.

Freezer 3 - please read before Monday
Freezer 3 is being defrosted on Monday morning and everything in it has to come out. Boxes with a name and a date on them will be moved to Freezer 5 and put back afterwards. Boxes without a name will be photographed and left on the bench for a week, and anything still unclaimed after that will be discarded. I would rather not throw away somebody's year of work, which is why I am giving a week and taking photographs. But I cannot keep unlabelled material indefinitely, and Freezer 5 is nearly full as it is. If you have samples that must not be moved at all, come and see me today. There is one shelf that can stay closed, and it is first come, first served.
24. Why does the technician mention photographing the unlabelled boxes?
